Lux Admissions will be conducting a virtual session on Navigating College Admissions.  If you are interested in learning more about the admissions process at highly competitive schools via the lens of a private consultancy, this may be of interest to you.  Lux Admissions was founded by a Yalie, William Wang. Join us for an insider’s perspective on today’s highly competitive admissions landscape, including what selective colleges truly look for, how to stand out, and common myths families should avoid. This event is exclusive to Yale Club of Austin members.

William Wang, founder of Lux Admissions and a Yale College alum, will draw on his experience of guiding 85% of his past clients to Ivy League universities (including 18 who are either current students at Yale or matriculating there next year) to provide actionable takeaways for optimizing all aspects of the application process. He will be joined by Rohan Krishnan, another Lux mentor who is a Yale College alum (and who is also returning to Yale Law School for a JD next year).

During the session, William and Rohan will share a few genuine Yale admission files of his past students, giving you the closest look into how top colleges evaluate their applicants. This session is ideal for high school students, parents, and alumni interested in gaining a clearer, strategic understanding of the modern college admissions process.
